2 years’ experience in international procurement Comprehensive knowledge of commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondences Familiar with all steps of importation such as buy at the best price-Ordering, carriage and clearance Familiar with processes and rules of obtaining permits/licenses from organizations Familiar with principles of International Trade and costumes clearance and logistics Being active and able to work in challenging environment of current sanction Highly cultivated self-confidence excellent communication skills Channel relationships abilities Full mastery in ICDL Excellent Fluency in English in all skills | Main Objective : Importing process from A to Z. Main Responsibilities Preparing and handling all documents such as proforma invoice, shipment documents and commercial registration procedures Handling daily commercial activities attentively to be responsible for all banking procedures and monitoring Following applicable laws and regulations both for local or international cases Preparing payment documents for the financial department Preparing files to open L/C or T/T Prepare purchase orders, request bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services Correspondence, negotiate, follow up and handle all steps of purchases from order, EPL, release till final result Research and evaluate foreign suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the suppliers’ reputation and history Reporting to : commercial manager Working Hours : Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. / Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m. Ideal Age Range: 22 - 40 | Preference Female | کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی |
