Some of the more important ones are: - Create and manage the marketing budget and ensure it corresponds with marketing objectives and management measures -Manage promotional and marketing opportunities to promote brand awareness in the market -Establish and implement an integrated marketing strategy for dealers -Creating dealer loyalty programs - Improve customer experience and ensure customer feedback is accurately captured - Professional in social media (proven track record by comparing the number of current followers against number of initial followers) - Professional in content creation - Coordinate and produce written materials (like emails, press releases, presentations, social media, website and newsletter copy) for different audiences - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram…) - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications - Overall responsibility of brand management and corporate identity - Manage promotions & analyse previous marketing activities to influence future initiatives - Plan, implement and report the performance of all marketing campaigns (digital or else) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Manage the marketing database & optimise its utilisation - Take charge of all advertising activities - Manage the production of merchandising material and equipment required for marketing projects - Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing - Track competitor promotion & product introduction in the market. - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives - Organise and manage events such as seminars, races, exhibitions … Requirements: - At least 7 years’ professional experience in related field which 3 years acted as Marketing Supervisor - Professional experience of the development, implementation and management of marketing processes - A good background in business - MSc/ BSc Degree or equivalent in Management, Marketing / MBA is preferred - Track record of good marketing, digital marketing and new marketing concepts knowledge and skills - Good team building skills - Knowledge of customer experience analysis - Direct experience with sports products is preferred - Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility - Excellent communication, social and presentation skills - Proven work experience in digital marketing, including display advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media - Fluency in English - Good knowledge of Photoshop is preferred - Good IT programming skills - Advance Excel & Word familiarity - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends), SEO and Remarketing is preferred - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Sportive background is advantageous -Age 30 - 45 | Marketing Supervisor |
